ACL Austin City Limits Festival Tip-Sheet
OCT 4-6 OCT 11-13 2019 ZILKER PARK
ACL Festival features a diverse lineup of acts every year with 8 stages, more than 125 performances – and best of all, two weekends!
Want to get into ACL Fest as quick as possible? Leave your bag AND liquids at home!
Remember to stay hydrated. Bring empty water bottles (plastic or aluminum) to fill once inside the park at our CamelBak Hydration Stations.
Have emergency contact info on your person and your phone lock screen in case emergency personnel need to know.
Protect yourself from the sun – take breaks and find shade. Sunscreen lotion, hats, and sunglasses are key. Forget your sunscreen? Head to an ACL Bodega to purchase some.
Bring hearing protection – we get loud (PRO-TIP: If you forget your earplugs, stop by an information booth to grab a pair).
Keep yourself and your belongings safe – be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your personal items at all times. If you find something OR lose something, head to a Guest Services Tent for our Lost & Found. If you get lost or separated from your group, designate Guest Services as your meeting place! Keep your cell phone and wallet close – the Austin Police Department will be on the lookout for theft.
Bring a list of allergies and medications you take in case of medical emergency.
Dress for the weather – we’re constantly monitoring the weather. Keep an eye on the radar before heading to Zilker Park so you can dress accordingly (rain boots, ponchos, etc). Forget your poncho? Head to a ACL Bodega to purchase one.
ACL Fest wants every fan to feel safe at the fest. There is a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Please let our staff know if you feel harassed or threatened in any way. You can also visit SAFE Alliance in ACL Cares or a Medical Tent for resources and information. NO always means NO. Check out our Safety page for more information.
