The Easthills- Vogue Theatre 11.8.13

By on November 17, 2013

From Rushville Indiana comes the Easthills. Their unique sound of honest, no frills rock and roll with the unique vocal stylings of founding members Will Barada and Hank Campbell, was more than enough to bring together the sold-out crowd at the Vogue Theatre. The Easthills are making their mark in the local Indiana music scene and it was evident on this evening as the crowd seemed to really be in touch with all five of these hard working musicians. This is a band quickly on the rise and certainly a group to watch out for. I have seen these guys on three occasions now and each time, they are better and better. The harmonies and solid rhythm guitar work of Barada and Campbell, set the base for the Easthills sound. The very solid rhythm section of drummer Wade Parish and bassist Brad Morgan carry the music throughout and the lead guitar work of Adrian Degner fills out this very tight group. Their debut album, Death Of A Salesman reaches out and grabs you from the get-go. Read an in-depth review of Death Of A Salesman here. If you are looking for solid, honest rock and roll, The Easthills are certainly a band to see. You won’t be disappointed. See them coming up on November 22 at Radio Radio in Indianapolis.
