Lollapalooza 2013 Lineup, Aug 2-4
According to The Chicago Tribune, a leaked lineup poster that hit the web last night is indeed that of Lollapalooza’s 2013 lineup. The lineup features The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, Mumford and Sons, The Killers, and Phoenix at the top the bill, appearing alongside Vampire Weekend, The Postal Service, Queens of the Stone Age, The National, New Order, The Lumineers, Kendrick Lamar, and Major Lazer.
Also playing are Crystal Castles, Beach House, Cat Power, Alt-J, Grizzly Bear, Band of Horses, Hot Chip, Tegan & Sara, Local Natives, Death Grips, Disclosure, Father John Misty, Angel Haze, Azealia Banks, Wavves, Baroness, Haim, Matt & Kim, Jessie Ware, Foals, Smith Westerns, Ghost B.C., The Vaccines, Frightened Rabbit, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Wild Belle, Palma Violets, Reignwolf, DIIV, Wild Nothing, Chance the Rapper, SKATERS, The Orwells, St. Lucia, and Deap Valley.
The lineup also features Knife Party, Steve Aoki, Steve Angello, Thievery Corporation, Flux Pavilion, Two Door Cinema Club, Lana Del Rey, Imagine Dragons, 2 Chainz, Icona Pop, Modestep, Ben Howard, Emile Sande, Heartless Bastards, Charles Bradley, Atlas Genius, Jake Bugg, Theophilus London, Kill the Noise, Guards, The Bright Light Social Hour, Shovels & Rope, and Hey Marseilles, among others.
The Tribune reports that official confirmation of the actual lineup would come next week, one week earlier than initially expected. There will also be a new on-sale date for single-day tickets.
