Ty Wood Releases Captivating Second Single, “Magic”
Following the success of his debut single, Livin’ It Up, singer-songwriter Ty Wood is set to enchant fans once again with his new pop rock anthem, Magic.
This track captures the powerful connection felt when someone brings out the best in you. With its catchy chorus, driving pop-rock rhythm, and Wood’s soulful vocal delivery, Magic is primed to captivate listeners and make waves across the music industry. This song showcases Wood’s signature blend of infectious hooks and rock energy, combined with an emotional depth that resonates across genres.
With lyrics like, “Baby, you’ve got the magic in you, and you bring out the magic in me for sure,” Magic celebrates the universal longing for connection and love. Ty Wood invites listeners to experience the spellbinding allure of his latest release and proves once again why he’s an artist to watch.
“Life should be lived and shared with those we care about and who care about us. I’m sure it sounds simple, but we often get so busy that we miss “moments”. I know that “moments” can be very profound alone, but when they are shared with someone you love, life elevates and can bring out about “Magic”.
“You know, I need you and you need me. It’s a symbiotic need. Magic was written sitting on the shore of Lake Oconee, Ga at a KOA campground after a few conversations with some friends who were going through a lot. The song began with a sunset, an ukulele, and a thought, ‘Hey, I need you, I’m better at life because of you and ‘you’ve got the magic in you and you bring it out in me.”

Artist Biography:
For many, facing life’s darkest moments can lead to giving up—but not for Ty Wood. With a soulful blend of pop, rock, and country, Ty’s music weaves together self-reflection and emotional storytelling, taking listeners on an uplifting journey of resilience and reminding them that life is always worth living.
Whether performing in a packed stadium or strumming his guitar by a campfire, Ty shares his music a reminder that, at our core, we are more alike than different. His songs are a testament to the idea that it’s never too late to make a change and embrace life fully.
Ty’s deep connection with music began in childhood when he learned piano and later guitar. He started writing songs early, reflecting on the world around him. Even when he pursued a career in business, music remained his anchor, supporting him through life’s toughest moments. He continued writing and performing, even being commissioned to create an album performed for an audience of over 10,000 people. Through all the ups and downs of life as an entrepreneur, music was Ty’s emotional outlet and source of strength.
In 2021, Ty’s world shifted when his father passed away. This loss became a pivotal moment in his life, prompting him to realize that joy is not in material things but in experiencing life to the fullest and sharing those moments with others. He set out on a cross-country journey, Write Across America, meeting people, hearing their stories, and crafting songs inspired by his experiences. This project deepened his connection with music and people all over the country.
Now, Ty is ready to share those stories and lessons with the world. His debut single, “Livin It Up,” is a high-energy, country-rock anthem that will have listeners on their feet, singing along, and celebrating the beauty of life.
